Therapeutic Tranquil Tropical Psoriasis Retreat

Deepa Health has organized a tropical immersion psoriasis treatment program combining medical modalities and specific therapeutic environments, chosen to the point where even the air is nourishing to the skin. This retreat program includes ample relaxation time, eco tours and nature exploring, as well as personal private treatment sessions, group education & guided visualization sessions, gentle therapeutic movements & exercises. The tropical environments of the beach and volcanic geothermal hot springs provide salt water, UV exposure, steam & volcanic mud baths, and mineral laden hot water soaks for all participants. Once you complete the registration process, you will have a telephone intake interview with Deepa, and if you choose, you can begin your herbal therapy before you even arrive in Costa Rica!
Our group will fill the entire hot springs resort, allowing psoriasis sufferers a chance to expose their skin in an accepting and compassionate group, without fear of reproach. While on the mountain we will offer a volcanic mud experience as well as group chosen day trips. There will be group sessions daily to learn energetic exercise techniques and diet/lifestyle tips to take home and use for symptom control after the retreat. These are your personal tools for your use forever and whenever, there is no need to hire a therapist to "apply" these to you! ( Of course Deepa is always available for follow up calls as well!)
After 3 nights at the hot springs we move on to a large & lovely private villa overlooking Playa Coco Bay. The infinity pool and the rooms have outstanding ocean views. This villa is exclusively ours, so psoriasis suffers can feel free to expose affected areas of the skin to the sun that they might not want to at the public beach. We will be here for 3 nights with our own cook and maid, with day trips available to the beach, mangroves, canopy, and more.
Psoriasis suffers receive personalized Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Therapy and private treatments during the retreat. Guests are invited to participate in all group activities, while the psoriasis suffers are given private healing sessions in addition to all group activities. Guests can receive private treatments as well, time & space permitting.
